In Module one, we talk about the most neglected skill in a dental practice, good communication skills. Good communication skills are far and away the most important ability, skill, and tool for good relationships, success, happiness, and a fulfilling life. This is true in a dental practice as well. Communication makes the difference between a successful, stress-free, wonderful practice, and a practice that struggles.

This module covers both internal communications within the practice from doctor to staff and staff to staff, and between the staff and doctors and how they communicate with the patients.  

Once you've completed this skill, you'll have the foundation for the other skills and techniques we will be teaching.

Module 2: The inner qualities of a superstar scheduler

In this module we're going to talk about the inner qualities that you must have to be successful when scheduling patients while on the phones.

How successful you are depends on you and you alone and not on the quality of the people calling your office. In this module we're going to go over the qualities that make up a scheduling superstar.

Module 3: Promoting the Practice and the Doctor

In this module we discuss the single most important part of a new patient call, what we refer to as "Promoting the practice and the doctor". 


Promotion is the art and intention of making the practice sound so terrific to people who call that they want to come in. I've listened over 1000 calls from our own and dental client schedulers and one of the very first weaknesses that most schedulers have on the phone is letting the caller control the conversation.
